There are many factors that can dictate self-development--some internal and some external. Even when one cannot control the external factors, it is important to take responsibility so the power shifts into our hands. “The effectiveness of learning needs to be measurable. Therefore, for a self -development program, the effectiveness of learning has to be measured by the learner themselves.” This is the bottom line of any coaching and self-development engagement.
